At DigiMeloon, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we follow a no refund policy unless otherwise specified.

1. No Refunds on Digital Goods

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The product is completely unusable.

  • You contacted us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund
